Introduction to Emotional Bridge Regression Techique
This script works very well when the client presents with an emotion they cannot seem to break free from. For example, if a person feels they are moving through life with a never ending sense of sadness, loneliness regret or if they feel disconnected or that somehow they don’t belong etc.
Like all Past Life Regression scripts, this one will help you pinpoint the time and place the symptoms originated. Once your client has got a sense of where that might be, you can then use the Ultimate Past Life Regression script and direct them to go to that place that came up during the Emotional Bridge Technique.
It is important that you have a conversation with your client around the symptoms they feel and that they want to alleviate. Make sure you know what the emotion that underpins those symptoms is also.
Once you know what the symptoms are and the emotional driver and how their life will improve once those symptoms have been reduced you are ready to use this script.
Wording
Do not use the word symptoms, when speaking to your client. You know what those symptoms are so describe them instead.
Script
Before we get started today, I’d like you to know that no matter where you are or where you go, you always hear and understand me no matter what you are doing or what your age, you always have me beside you and think of me as a close and dear friend whom you can trust and confide in, knowing that I will understand and support you and you always speak to me in a way that I can understand.
I’d like to invite you to connect with those symptoms that have brought you here today.
Remember what it feels like to feel [list symptoms]…
Connect with the emotion that lies beneath those symptoms…
And feel… really feel that emotion again…
To help you connect with that feeling you can recall a time when you felt [list symptoms] strongly…
Think back to that time and see what you saw, hear what you heard and feel what you felt until that old familiar emotion bubbles up to the surface again…
When you feel it strongly allow your mind and identify that emotion and ask the question “if the emotion or feeling could speak now what would it say?”
Focus on the emotion and what it is saying. Repeat the information that emerges gently but loud enough so I can hear.
Allow whatever information comes into mind to unfold in a natural way and identify with what the emotion is trying to communicate to you.
Simply, follow whatever time line your subconscious presents to you and focus on the emotions your subconscious mind reveals to you.
Notice too that when you intensify the emotion it allows new material to come to light.
Gently let that emotion guide you back to the first time you experienced that feeling. Listen to what that emotion is saying to you…
Your subconscious mind might only be offering you fleeting thoughts and images or it might be speaking to you in words, or images or through your intuition and that’s ok too…
Either way, your subconscious mind is offering you fresh insight into an event that has a strong emotional significance so that you can develop a deeper awareness of it so that we can help resolve it here today…
